Airline Conditions of Carriage & Agency Booking Terms
These terms incorporate IATA Resolution 700, Amadeus GDS booking conditions, and the operating carrier's Conditions of Carriage. All flight bookings made through DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS are subject to these terms.
Value Fare — Budget Flight Booking
We specialise in cheap flights and budget fares. These fares offer the lowest available price but come with the most restrictive conditions: no refunds, changes at full cost, and limited flexibility. If you require flexibility, consider upgrading to a Flexible Ticket add-on before payment.
The contract of air carriage is strictly between the passenger and the operating carrier. DC INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRADE & TRAVEL SOLUTION LIMITED acts solely as an authorised intermediary / IATA-accredited sales agent. We are not the carrier and assume no liability for the actual performance of the flight service.
All flights are ticketed in accordance with IATA Resolution 700 and the carrier's published Conditions of Carriage. The agency's role is limited to reservation creation, ticketing, payment collection, and post-sale administrative support.
