Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by DC INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRADE & TRAVEL SOLUTION LIMITED (trading as DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS). By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Company & Service Definition

  • DC INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRADE & TRAVEL SOLUTION LIMITED, trading as DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS, is a registered and licensed travel and international consultancy company based in Accra, Ghana.
  • Our services include: visa application assistance, international study placement, overseas employment recruitment, scholarship and loan funding guidance, tourism and adventure packages, pilgrimage tours, e-visa processing, travel documentation, and flight ticketing.
  • We act as a consultancy intermediary; final decisions on visa grants, admissions, and employment offers are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, institution, or employer.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to independently engage our services.
  • Minors may be registered as dependants under a parent or guardian's application.
  • You warrant that all information, documents, and statements you provide to us are true, accurate, and complete.
  • Submitting false documentation constitutes immediate grounds for termination of services without refund and may be referred to law enforcement.

3. Service Fees & Payments

  • All fees are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) or US Dollars (USD) as specified at consultation.
  • A non-refundable consultation and processing fee is required to commence any application.
  • Full service fees must be paid before submission of applications to third parties (embassies, universities, recruiters).
  • Government-imposed visa fees, embassy fees, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment receipts are issued for all transactions and serve as proof of engagement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Consultation fees and processing fees are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • In the event of a visa refusal beyond our control, we may offer a partial credit toward a re-application at our discretion.
  • Cancellations requested before document submission may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative costs.
  • Tour and pilgrimage packages: cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a 50% refund; under 30 days, no refund applies.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@dcworldlink.com within 14 days of the triggering event.

5. Our Obligations

  • We will provide honest, professional, and diligent consultancy based on current immigration and travel regulations.
  • We will communicate all relevant updates regarding your application in a timely manner.
  • We will handle your personal documents with confidentiality and return originals upon request after processing.
  • We will not misrepresent our success rates, guaranteed outcomes, or the requirements of any country's immigration system.

6. Client Obligations

  • You must provide all requested documents accurately and on time.
  • You are responsible for attending scheduled embassy interviews, biometric appointments, and medical screenings.
  • You must promptly inform us of any changes to your personal circumstances (passport renewal, change of address, new employment) that may affect your application.
  • You must not approach embassies, institutions, or employers directly during an active application without prior consent from DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS does not guarantee approval of any visa, admission, or employment offer.
  • We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, governments, universities, employers, or any third-party authority.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by changes in immigration law, government processing times, or embassy closures.
  • Our total liability to any client is limited to the service fees paid to us for that specific application.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of income, travel costs, or opportunity loss.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of DC INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRADE & TRAVEL SOLUTION LIMITED trading as DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
  • Client-submitted documents remain the property of the client; DC INTERNATIONAL BTTS holds no intellectual property claim over your personal documents.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Accra, Ghana.
  • Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under Ghanaian consumer protection law.

10. Updates to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
  • Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
